Gavin has over 20 years of project development and construction experience.
He started his career as a site engineer in the civil construction industry working for a private contracting company and progressed to the role of Construction Manager with Rail Infrastructure Corporation being responsible for all major maintenance and capital works throughout the Hunter Valley and North Coal rail lines.
Gavin was employed by Excel Coal in 2004 to develop and construct the Wambo rail spur and train loading facility which was ultimately commissioned in mid-2006. Since 2007, he has focused on representing the interests of owners in the development, approval and delivery of their projects as well as providing technical engineering and project management consultancy.
Gavin managed the development and delivery of the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for the infrastructure associated with the Cobbora coal project in central west NSW. He was engaged by Whitehaven Coal and successfully managed the construction and commissioning of the rail spur and balloon loop as part of the Maules Creek project. Recently, Gavin has been assisting Australian Rail Track Corporation with its development of the Inland Rail project.
In all roles Gavin demonstrates a high degree of commercial acumen in managing the client’s interest with a focus on cost and governance a consistent factor in all internal and external operational relationships.

Mitchell has over ten years of project development and construction management experience.
Mitchell began his career as a commercial and residential builder before completing further study and moving into project management, consulting to ARTC Major Projects. In late 2009, Mitchell relocated to Canada where he strengthened his construction management expertise, managing the Le Chemois hotel building envelope restoration and construction of two gas insulated substations.
Since returning to Australia, Mitchell has completed a number of projects for ASX listed, private and government clients. He has managed local and tier one contractors as well as local and international engineering firms to deliver successful outcomes across the property, mining and infrastructure sectors. More recently Mitchell has been protecting the NSW State Government’s interests in the world class Barangaroo development.
His technical knowledge, commercial acumen and systematic approach to resolving complex issues provides his clients assurance of product across the project lifecycle.
