For the past five years, Randall has been the Inland Rail Project Manager for Gilgandra Shire Council, leading multi-agency engagement and driving strategic rail transformation in the region.
Growing up in the Upper Hunter and having spent the past 20 years in the Central West Orana, Randall has a detailed understanding of the region and the opportunities to connect them.
