who we ARE

Our executives are practical, results focused, engineering and commercial professionals.

We focus on project delivery and cost regardless of  our role on a project.

Our team brings diligence, experience, intelligence and excellence to clients’ projects, adding value across all stages of the project lifecycle. We are able to work effectively as your client representative or project manager both at Board level and at the project site.

Purpose: our why

A job is always much more than a transaction to us. We believe in owning the outcome of every project, and applying our expertise and our understanding, to achieve the desired result. This adds tremendous value along the way and guarantees better outcomes for our clients.

Values: our how

We’re forward-thinkers and straight-shooters who deliver results the first time.

Diligence

We do everything with unwavering focus and look challenges straight in the eye. Projects are treated like our own. We’re persistent in our pursuit and we’re driven by quality.

Integrity

We apply a filter of high moral and ethical principles to our work and relationships. Through a culture of treating each other and our clients with trust and respect, we work with integrity – even when no one is watching.

Trust

Trust is our core foundation in assuring success. We strive to earn trust – and we act just. It’s this core focus that’s built strong relationships. We do what we say and we asses/report with integrity.

Own it

We are accountable. We own our successes – and our failures. We honour our commitments to each other, and to our clients. From low-level tasks to the highest-level decision making, whatever the result – we own it.

Her expertise spans the rail, light rail, telecommunications, mining and entertainment industries.
