Project Synopsis:

The Moolarben coal mine complex expansion involved the development of a new underground mine and expansion of the existing open cut with associated coal handling and ancillary infrastructure.

Services Rendered:

For the underground development Projence:

Developed the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
Provided advice and assisted in obtaining the interface agreement with ARTC for the coal loading conveyor to cross the rail line

For the open cut development Projence:

Provided site superintendency for the bulk earthworks and the SMP contracts
