Project Synopsis:

Projence was engaged to provide project management support for the Wambo North East Tailings Dam (NETD) and Hunter Pit Tailings Storage Facility (HP TSF) capping projects.

Services Rendered:

Project management services including:

Document review and gap analysis to define pre-commencement checklist for both projects
Chairing fortnightly project meetings
Review and update Project Execution Strategies for both projects.
Mobilising Daracon and commence remote control D10 dozer for training and site establishment for NETD project.
Liaising with UWJV for NETD trial capping material delivery.
Implementation and execution of NETD and HP TSF capping projects.
Ongoing project management and surveillance of NETD and HP TSF capping projects
